Annette Saliken, BSc., MBA 

 

As a seasoned technology professional specializing in communications, Annette excels at translating complex technical information into everyday language. Annette holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Royal Roads University, where she researched and delivered a report related to global warming and alternative energy for her final thesis. Previously, she completed a Bachelor of Science degree (Mathematics Major) at the University of British Columbia, and a Diploma of Business Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Currently, Annette is Director of Marketing Communications for a technology company in Vancouver British Columbia, Canada, where she lives with her husband.

Martin G. Clarke, P. Eng.

 

As a professional engineer for over a decade, Martin specializes in alternative energy. In his current role as Senior Project Engineer for the Metro Vancouver Energy Planning Group, Martin has responsibility for identifying, assessing and recommending renewable energy projects for the Greater Vancouver Regional District. Examples of his initiatives include biomass, micro-hydro and geoexchange energy projects, to name a few. Previously, Martin was Project Manager at a  hydrogen fuel cell technology company and Project Manager on biomass and waste energy projects at an engineering consulting firm. Martin is an accredited Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional Engineer holding a Bachelor of Applied Science (Mechanical Engineering) degree from the University of British Columbia.
